About Us

Yvs Flower Studio is a registered florist business under ACRA Singapore. Our studio is located at 6A Shenton Way, Downtown Gallery, #01-28, Singapore 068815.. It is about 10 min walk from Tanjong Pagar or Shenton Way MRT Station. Our florist has attained the Professional Certificate in Florist Development by Nobleman School of Floral Design and WSQ Higher Certificate in Floristry.

Opening Hours

Our shop opening hours are as follows:
  • Mondays - Fridays 10am - 6pm. Last order is 5.30pm.
  • Saturday 10am - 2pm

Modes of payment

We accept most major credit cards and other modes of payment for this website. We regret to inform you that we do not accept cheques and cash on delivery.

 

Do you offer island wide delivery?

Yes, we do.

Delivery of regular items is priced at $10 per item to most destination. Large items' delivery charge is $30.

However, there is no delivery to these areas.

  • Tuas, Penjuru, Sentosa, Lim Chu Kang, Benoi Road
  • Remote Army Camps (only to the gate)
  • Any other other remote area (Jewel, Changi Airport, etc.)

     

    When do we deliver?

    Orders placed before 9am are eligible for same day delivery.

    Deliveries will be made between 3pm- 8pm on Monday - Saturday. If you require delivery on Sundays or at a specific delivery time, please contact us at 80425810 prior to placing your order.

     

    Delivery to hospitals and nursing homes

    We do deliver to most hospitals and nursing homes at this point of time. However, we may have to leave the item with the reception if they require us to do so.

    Redelivery

    We use a trusted and professional third-party to ensure your orders are delivered on time and in good condition. To help make this possible, please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact and address are correct prior to confirming your order.

    We will not be responsible for any misinformation on delivery details and it is your responsibility to ensure all information entered during the checkout process is correct.

    In the case where the delivery address was entered incorrectly by customer during checkout, we will be able to re-deliver the flowers to a different location. There is a $30 re-delivery charge should that be the case.

    If no one is available to take the delivery, we will be in touch with either the sender or recipient to get approval to leave flowers in a safe place. If both the sender and recipient are not contactable and unless specifically stated to leave flowers outside the delivery address, we will schedule for a re-delivery. There is a $30 re-delivery charge should that be the case.

     

    How do I take care of the fresh flowers?

    • Remove bouquet wrappers and packaging when possible and put it into a vase of clean water. You may wish to add the flower food, following the instructions on the packet.
    • It is recommended to cut the ends of the stems at a slanted angle and change the water every 2 days.
    • Keep your flowers away from light, heat and wind.
    • Top up some clean water every alternate day for table arrangements.

       

       How do I take care of preserved flowers?

      • Keep your preserved flowers away from light, heat and water.
      • Light dusting with a soft make-up brush is recommended every few months.
      • Use a hair dyer on a low setting to blow gently on the roses for 2-3 minutes if petals become translucent due to humidity.
